On 12-2-2026, following order was passed.
"On 27/1/2026, following order was passed :
"Having heard for some time and having gone through the provisions of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, particularly Section 18 thereof, it appears to us that the sealing of the premises/part of the premises is otherwise impermissible.
02. The learned A.P.P. shall take instructions and make submissions. The respondents may also take corrective steps if any part of the property, viz. one room of the hotel, is sealed.
03. List in the week commencing from 9th February, 2026."
2] In response, the learned A.P.P. submits that the sealing has been removed. The statement is accepted.

In view of development mentioned above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to
Order cri wp 1006.2025.odt withdraw the petition with liberty to approach respondent no. 1 - Magistrate under Section 18 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 to seek restoration of premises for the purpose of petitioners' business. Permission granted. If the request is so made, the same shall be considered and decision shall be taken within six weeks from the date of filing such application.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
