It appears that the petitioner has filed a revision before the Revisional Court challenging the order of issuance of process along with an application for condonation of delay. However, said application for condonation of delay was rejected by the Revisional Court on 03.09.2025. Instead of challenging that order, the petitioner has directly challenged the order of issuance of process in these petitions.

When this Court opined that the said Rgd.

Order 260326wp1027.25 challenge is untenable, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought withdrawal of the petitions with liberty to challenge the order rejecting the application for condonation of delay.

In this view of the matter, Criminal Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh challenging the judgment and order dated 03.09.2025.
