Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the account of the petitioner has been debit freeze for no valid reason. He submits that the account has been debit freeze on 14-08-2023. He further submits that the petitioner was not even made accused. The trial has concluded. Two out of three accused have been convicted. One is acquitted. Despite such status, the respondents have not defreezed the account. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall take instructions and make submissions.
