After having heard at length and having pointed out to learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) the previous orders viz. orders dated 27-1-2026 and 12-2-2026, learned APP makes a statement that account of the petitioner shall be defreezed within seven working days. The statement is accepted. 2.

The petitioner is satisfied with this development.

Thus, the purpose of filing petition is served. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

On the point of compensation, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file separate proceedings, if so desired.
