It appears that the notice issued to respondent No.1 received back unserved as the noticee was not present at the time of service. When respondent No.1 informed by phone, she said that she is in Pune and refused to accept the notice.

In view of above, issue fresh notice to respondent No.1 returnable on 09.02.2026.

In the meantime, if the application for adjournment is made by the petitioner before the Family Court, the same shall be considered.
