Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that in this case, charge sheet is fled in June 2023. He further pointed out that learned trial Judge has already framed charge on 02.08.2023 itself, but not a single witness has been examined since then.

Considering the above submissions, it would be desirable to call report from learned trial Judge, who is seized with the matter, as to whether any sessions trial calender has been drawn and approximately how much period learned trial Judge would further require to commence and conclude the trial.
