Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is arrested in March 2024, and he is behind the bars since then. He further submitted that, list of witnesses is already furnished by the prosecution.

In view of the above submission, it would be appropriate to call report from the learned Judge, who is seized with the matter, about the current status of the trial, and whether any proposed calender has been drawn or not, and probable time required for conclusion of the trial.
