It is pointed out that, applicant is arrested on 27.09.2023. According to learned counsel, charge sheet is filed way back in December 2023. However, he makes a statement that charge has not been framed yet. Learned APP also wants to get the situation asserted. 3.

In view of the above, Registry to call report from the learned trial Judge, who is seized with the matter, as to whether any calender/schedule is drawn and as to how much time would be required to commence and conclude the trial. Such report be placed before this Court on or before 22.04.2025.
