Learned Counsel submits that, the applicant is arrested in May - 2022 and charge sheet is filed in August-2022. That, in spite of charge being framed, only six witnesses are examined till date. He further points out that prosecution proposes to examine almost 39 witnesses.

Therefore considering above facts and circumstances, registry to call report from the Trial Judge who is seized with the matter as to how much time he would require to conclude the trial. 3.
