Sambhajinagar on 20th June, 2025 Orthopedic Department to ascertain the requirement of hip replacement surgery for the applicant. 3] The Head of the Orthopedic to submit a report as regards requirement of surgery for replacement of hip of the applicant Mr.Sunil ambadas Tambe.
