The learned APP informs that the victim was already served with a notice through her father, vide communication dated 12.06.2025 issued by Police Station, Gangakhed. Despite intimation of the proceedings before this Court, they have failed to appear. The matter is pending for a long time only for service upon the victim. Hence, we have requested Ms. Anita Naik, who is present in the Court, to assist us by representing the victim. She has agreed for the same.

The High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad Bench is directed to provide the necessary documents to the learned appointed advocate.
