It has been brought to the notice of this court that, applicant is arrested in July 2021. Charge sheet is filed in September 2021 and trial has already commenced. Learned counsel for applicant invited attention of this court to the order dated 23.02.2023, wherein this court had noted that trial court itself has undertaken to get matter expedited. Today, it is now May 2025, but trial has not concluded. Learned counsel had also placed on record copies of Roznama reflecting long dates. He also makes a statement that he has information that his client is also not produced before the court on regular dates.

Therefore, it would be desirable to call report from the learned trial Jude, who is seized with the matter, as to

Registry to call the report from learned trial Court and place it before this court on or before 11.06.2025. 4.
