This court in the order dated 05.05.2025 has recorded submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant in paragraph no.1, as under:
"1. It has been brought to the notice of this court that, applicant is arrested in July 2021. Charge sheet is filed in September 2021 and trial has already commenced. Learned counsel for applicant invited attention of this court to the order dated 23.02.2023, wherein this court had noted that trial court itself has undertaken to get matter expedited. Today, it is now May 2025, but trial has not concluded. Learned counsel had also placed on record copies of Roznama reflecting long dates. He also makes a statement that he has information that his client is also not produced before the court on regular dates."

The learned counsel for the applicant has also submitted that the trial is proceeding at the snail's space and that nothing has proceeded in the matter for a long time.

The learned APP submits that the prosecution would examine maximum 4 witnesses in the case. The statement is also made before the trial court.

However, considering the submissions of the learned APP and considering the gravity of the offence and also the letter given by the learned Sessions Court, further four (04) months time is granted to conclude the trial.

It is recorded in the order dated 23.02.2023, passed in Bail Application No.1906 of 2022, wherein this court has noted that matter itself would be expedited.

In the event, the prosecution fails to record the witnesses and there is no fault on the part of the applicant, this court would consider the case of the applicant for grant of bail. 7.
The present bail application stands disposed of with liberty to file fresh bail application after four (04) months, in the event, the trial is not concluded.
