This motion is for speaking to minutes of the order dated 30-04-2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.688 of 2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the said order inadvertently it is mentioned in third line of paragraph no.1 that "chargesheet is filed in the matter". However, as matter is withdrawn only on the ground that main accused is released, he requests for necessary correction in the order.

In view of above, paragraph no.1 of the order dated 30-04-2025 be replaced as under :

"1.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the trial Court, only on the ground that main accused is released." 4.

Necessary corrections be made and corrected copy of the order be uploaded. Accordingly, motion is allowed.
