1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits earlier the applicant has filed Bail Application No.1048/2024 and the same was rejected by this Court by order dated 2nd September, 2024. He further submits that the applicant is suffering from HIV+ along with sever anemia. He further submits that the applicant was found to be low in RBS, which are critical for immune defence system of the human body and his HB was 6 and he was taken two packets of blood transfusion.

2] In view of the same, the Superintendent, Central Prison, Dharashiv is directed to produce the applicant before the Civil Surgeon, Dharashiv and the Civil

846.25BA Surgeon, Dharashiv to submit a report as regards medical condition of the applicant.

3] The learned APP to communicate this order to all concerned.
