The learned counsel for the applicant submits that subsequent to the filing of the present bail application, the charge-sheet is filed in the matter. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court. 2.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
