1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is seeking bail as he was arrested on 29.07.2021 in connection with Crime No.0176/2021, registered with Itwara Police Station, District Nnaded, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120-B, 294, 107, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/25, 4/25 and 27 of the Arms Act and under Sections 3(1)(i)(ii), 3(2) & 3(4) of the MCOC Act. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant relies upon the order dated 06.05.2025, passed by this court in Bail Application No.503 of 2025 and 577 of 2025. The learned counsel submits that the role of the present

applicant is identical to the role of the applicants in the aforementioned bail applications. He submits that the allegations against the present applicant, so also, in the aforementioned bail application is that they have used fire arm against the victim.

4] It is not seriously disputed before me that the role of the co-accused, who has been granted bail by this court in the aforementioned bail applications is identical to the role of the present applicant.

5] Considering that the role of the present applicant is similar to the co-accused in Bail Applications No.503 of 2025 and 577 of 2025, on the ground of parity, the present bail application is allowed on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 06.05.2025, passed in Bail Applications No.503 of 2025 and 577 of 2025.

6] The application stands disposed of.
