1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are seeking bail as they are arrested on 16.04.2025 in connection with Crime No. 0360/2025, registered with MIDC Waluj Police Station, Dist. Chh. Sambhajinagar, for the offence punishable under

Sections 109, 115 (2), 189 (2), 190, 191 (1), 191 (3) of the B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is free fight between two groups and large number of persons are involved in the fight and that there are cross FIRs. He further submits that no specific role is attributed to the present applicants and the informant has not mentioned the specific role of the applicants in the FIR and in the supplementary statement of Rajendra Kasure, the role of the applicant, namely, Omkar is mentioned and role of the applicant, namely, Amrutsingh is not mentioned in the supplementary statement also. He further submits that the informant and two witnesses are injured in the alleged assault. The applicant, namely, Omkar is a student of 20 years of age and he is behind bars from 16.04.2025. He further submits that many of accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. He further submits that one of the accused is absconding and one accused is behind bars whose role is of inflicting major injuries on the witnesses and the informant.

4] As regards the applicant, namely, Omkar Mohansing Salampure in Bail Application No.964 of 2025, no specific role is mentioned in the FIR and in the supplementary statement, role of the applicant is

mentioned. There is injury on the forearm of Rajendra Kasure and the same is at the instance of the applicant. There are no antecedents against the applicant - Omkar. 5] As regards applicant, namely, Amrutsingh Asaram Salampure in Bail Application No.966/2025, no specific role is mentioned in the FIR as well as in the supplementary statement.

6] In view of above, both the applicants are granted bail. The applications are allowed in the following terms :

a] The applicants shall be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 0360/2025, registered with MIDC Waluj Police Station, Dist. Chh. Sambhajinagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 115 (2), 189 (2), 190, 191 (1), 191 (3) of the B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

b] The applicants shall not enter the jurisdiction of concerned Police Station, during pendency of the trial.

c] The applicants, upon being released on bail, shall not contact the informant, in any manner whatsoever, during the pendency of the trial. d] The applicants shall co-operate with the trial Court and they shall attend each and every date, unless exempted by the trial Court.

e] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution and they shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

f] The applicants, upon being released on bail, shall place on record of the trial Court the details of their Contact Numbers and residential address with updates in case of any change.

7] Needless to say, in case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the bail granted to the applicant shall be liable to be cancelled. It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present bail application. The concerned Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The application stands disposed of.
