As such, she submits that BA/1144/2025 be kept on record, whereas BA/1128/2025 and BA/1130/2025 be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty reserved to the applicants to proceed with Bail Application No.1144 of 2025. The BA/1128/2025 and BA/1130/2025 are dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
