1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is seeking bail as he was arrested on 09.08.2021 in connection with Crime No.0315/2021 dated 09.08.2021, registered with Pundliknagar Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 336, 341, 342, 326, 307, 114, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 201 of the IPC.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the applicant is suffering from Cancer. Report was called. 4] The learned APP has produced the report of the doctor, wherein it is stated that the applicant has been operated with surgery and certain portion of the mouth has been removed and plastic surgery is performed and it is stated that further reports would be required for the purpose of the

treatment.

The learned APP further submits that further course of actions would be taken up after the availability of the further reports.

5] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the reports have been shown to the private doctor and that the applicant would take treatment in a private hospital. The applicant is an under trial prisoner for an offence under Section 302 and he is arrested on 09.08.2021. 6] Considering the requirements of the applicant, the applicant is permitted to take further treatment from the private hospital. Interim temporary bail is granted to the applicant for a period of six (06) weeks.

7] The applicant be released on temporary bail for the period of six (06) weeks from today, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail before the trial court.

8] The applicant to submit further medical reports and make an appropriate application.

9] Stand over to 29.08.2025.
