Learned Advocate for the Applicant was directed to submit a report regarding the status of the Applicant's treatment. In this regard, it is appropriate to direct the Applicant to obtain the report from the Government Hospital, Ch. Sambhajinagar, on or before 14th October 2025.

The Applicant is further directed to remain present before the Medical Board of the Government Hospital, Ch. Sambhajinagar, on or before 13th October 2025. The Civil Surgeon of the Government Hospital, Ch. Sambhajinagar, is directed to examine the Applicant and report whether further treatment is required. If so, the report should specify the nature of such treatment and indicate whether it can be provided while the Applicant remains in custody. The Registrar Judicial is directed to inform the Civil Surgeon accordingly. 4.

All concerns to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 5.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to provide copy of this order to the Applicant, so that he may proceed before the Civil Surgeon for the examination and submission of the report accordingly.

Stand over to 14th October 2025, "First on Board". 7.

Interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue till the next date.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.3767 OF 2025:- 8.

This is an application for seeking permission to assist the A.P.P. during the course of hearing of Bail Application No.1319 of 2025.
