Respondent No.2 submits that no financial relief has been granted to the applicant. It is stated that she is a victim under the provisions of the POCSO Act for the offence of aggravated sexual assault. The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, is directed to provide financial relief to the victim as early as possible and in any case, within a period of one month from today and report accordingly.
