The learned A.P.P. submits that despite communication sent to the concerned Investigating Officer pursuant to the order dated 12.11.2025, the requested case papers and instructions are still awaited.

In that view of the matter, the concerned Investigating Officer is directed to remain present in person before this Court with all relevant papers and file an affidavit within two weeks from today, explaining the failure to respond to the communication issued by the learned A.P.P.
