The learned APP informs that the victim was already intimated about the present proceedings, vide communication issued through post as the victim is residing at Khandwa. It is also informed that the Investigating Officer has telephonically informed the victim about the proceedings and to remain present on 14.11.2025. Accordingly a station diary entry is also taken by the concerned officer on 31.10.2025.

I have gone through the same. As the victim has already been intimated about the proceedings and nobody is present today to represent the victim, Mrs. Pratibha Suryawanshi, who is present in Court, is requested to appear on behalf of the victim. She has agreed to do so, and is therefore appointed to represent the victim.

The Sub-Committee of the High Court Legal Aid Services shall provide the necessary documents to the learned appointed Counsel.

The oral leave for placing the charge-sheet on record is granted. Charge-sheet shall be filed within a period of one week. 5.
