He informs that in pursuance to notice issued by this Court, he made communication dated 19.01.2026 and 03.02.2026 addressed to Investigating Officer, Police Station, Gangapur requesting him to attend office along with report of investigation and case papers. Inspite of aforesaid communications, papers are not made available.

In that view of matter, the Investigating Officer from Police Station, Gangapur to remain personally present along with documents on 17.03.2026.
