This motion is made for Speaking to the Minutes order dated 23.01.2026.

The learned counsel for the applicant withdrew the bail application with liberty to approach this Court, in the event, the trial does not progress within eight (8) months. Inadvertently, this liberty was omitted from the final order. Hence, the said order be replaced as under :- "1. After hearing the bail application at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application, with liberty to approach this Court after 8 months, in the event, the trial does not progress.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // BA No.2411.2025 STM -22. Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid."
