After hearing for some time, it transpires that the predominant ground for seeking bail in the present matter is slow process of the trial in Sessions Case No.77 of 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant has relied upon orders passed by the Co-ordinate Bench for enlarging the accused on bail, in case of inaction on the part of the prosecuting agency. 3.
