The learned counsel for applicants has made this motion for Speaking to the Minutes order dated 29.01.2026. 2.

In the said order, in operative part Clause II of the order, be replaced as under.

"Applicants - Najeeb Ahemad Khan Majid Khan, Majid Khan Rauf Khan and Haseeb Khan Majid Khan be released on regular bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) each with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount, in Crime No. 743 of 2025 registered with Nanalpeth Police Station, Dist. Parbhani for the offences punishable

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 938 BA No.2567.2025 STM -2under Sections 109(1), 118(2), 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on the following conditions :-"

Furthermore, in title clause, the name of APP, instead of "Mr. G. O. Wattamwar" be replaced as "Ms. R. R. Tandale". 4.
