Learned APP submits that the informant is intimated. A copy of intimation is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

A request is made for releasing the Applicant on temporary bail in view of marriage of sister of the Applicant scheduled on 09.01.2026 and subsequent events scheduled on 10.01.2026. 3.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to consider the request of the Applicant. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

Applicant Umar Khan Iliyas Khan shall be released on temporary bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 67, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, on the condition that he shall surrender before the learned Special Court on 13.01.2026.
