On 10.02.2026, nobody appeared on behalf of the Applicant and the following order was passed : "1. Nobody appeared for the Applicant when the matter was called in the morning session. As such, matter was kept back. In the second session also nobody appears for the Applicant.

2. If nobody appears on the next date for the Applicant, the matter would be decided on its own merit.

3. Stand over to 11th March, 2026."

Today also when the matter is called out, nobody has appeared for the Applicant. It appears that the Applicant does not want to prosecute the application. Hence the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
