1] After hearing for sometime, the learned APP informs that the investigation in the present crime has been transferred to the Economic Offence Wing. The earlier order passed by this Court shows that the parties including the informant were expected to keep their accountants to explain the transaction to the Investigating Officer on any specific day given by the Investigating Officer as the matter is transferred to the Economic Offence wing. It would be appropriate in the interest of justice that both the parties i.e. the applicant as well as the informant to attend the Economic Offence Wing on 09.02.2026 and 10.02.2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

195.25ABA 2] The Investigating Officer to submit a report to this Court thereafter within one week.

3] The applicant shall accompany her Chartered Accountant and accounts along with her at the time of attending the Investigating Officer .

4] Interim relief to continue until further orders. 5] Stand over to 18.02.2026.
