Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, he has received notice under Section 41-A of Code of Criminal Procedure from CBI Authority. He points out that, he has been called at CBI Office at Delhi and he is asked to appear tomorrow itself. Therefore, he strongly apprehends arrest.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3-CBI makes a statement that, he had contacted Investigating Officer. That, Investigating Officer has informed him that, they are not going to arrest the applicant, as it is mere a simplicitor notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. Consequently, no interim protection as prayed for.
