The learned counsel for the CBI Mr. Panale, submits that after registration of the offence, the investigation was conducted and a Closure Report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. was filed against the applicant Iranna Masnaji Kongalwar, who is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail. Thus, in pursuance of filing of Closure Report by the prosecution, the cause of action for filing the present application for anticipatory bail does not survive, as the apprehension of getting arrest no more exists.
