1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0316/2024, dated 08.07.2024, registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Beed, Taluka & District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 409, 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code & under Sections 3 and 4 of the MPID Act, 1999.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant relies upon the orders passed by this court dated 10.02.2025 and 04.03.2025 in ABA/93/2025 and submits that the applicant is identically placed. However, the FIR relates to the offence

Shivajinagar Police Station, District Beed and the anticipatory bail of the applicant in ABA/93/2025 relates to the Jintoor Police Station, District Parbhani. 4] The learned APP submits that as of now in absence of all the material the role of the present applicant cannot be decided.

5] Considering the above, interim protection can be granted to the applicant.

6] In the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :- A] Till the next date, in the event the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.0316/2024, dated 08.07.2024, registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Beed, Taluka & District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 409, 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code & under Sections 3 and 4 of the MPID Act, 1999, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

B] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 29.03.2025 and 30.03.2025, between 10:30 a.m. to 01:30 p.m.

C] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.

D] The applicant shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence.

7] Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled. 8] List on 04.04.2025.
