Learned counsel for the applicant would draw the Court's attention to an order dated 24 March 2025, by which ad-interim protection is granted to the applicant. Such protection continues as on date. 3.

Learned APP would not controvert this position. Learned APP would, on instructions, submit that the present investigation has been handed over to the State CID. For such reason, he would request some time to take appropriate instructions and address the Court. 4.

Considering the above, list the proceedings for further considering/hearing on 4 July 2025.
