1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is alleged of misappropriation of an amount of Rs. 25 lacs and has already paid amount of Rs.16 lacs to the investors. He further submits that the applicant is ready to deposit remaining amount of Rs.9 lacs, part from the amount of Rs.16 lacs which is already paid back to the investors.

2] As per order dated 28.01.2026, Mr.Vrishab M.

Patil, learned counsel appears and submits that he has received instructions to appear on behalf of the investors, who are informed to have paid back the amount by the applicant and seeks two week time to file affidavit to that effect.
