The learned APP seeks time in the matter.

Until the learned APP is heard, in the event the applicant is arrested in connection with FIR No. 27/2025, registered with Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of ₹20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 4.

The applicant shall not influence the informant, witnesses, or any person concerned with the case, and he shall not tamper with the evidence. List the matter on 15/04/2025.
