Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0054/2024, dated 01/02/2025, registered with Ashti 1 of
22 ABA 453-2025 Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 115(2), 119(1), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
The alleged incident took place on 13/12/2024, and the offence came to be registered on 01/02/2025. The parties are inter se connected, inasmuch as the applicants are the in-laws and relatives of the informant. The nature of the allegations is that the applicants snatched a gold chain and wristwatch from the informant.

Considering that the matter arises from a matrimonial dispute between the parties, this Court had directed the matter to mediation. However, the mediation has unfortunately not been successful. 5.
Having regard to the nature of the allegations, the applicants are granted interim protection in the following terms : - A] Till the next date, in the event the applicants are arrested in connection with FIR No.0054/2024, dated 01/02/2025, registered with Ashti Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 115(2), 119(1), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. B] The applicants shall remain present before the investigating officer on 24/04/2025 and 25/04/2025 between 10.30 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. and thereafter as and when required by the investigating officer.

22 ABA 453-2025 C] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.
D] The applicants shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence.

Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled.
