PER COURT :- 1.
Liberty is granted to the applicants to correct prayer Clause (B) in ABA No.639/2025. The correction shall be carried out forthwith. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants in ABA No.628/2025 have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.54/2025 dated 08/02/2025, registered with Ahilyanagar Camp City Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for 1 of
918 ABA 628-2025 offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 4.
The applicants in ABA No.639/2025 have also approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.57/2025 dated 09/02/2025, registered with Ahilyanagar Camp Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, 115(2), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of both sides and on perusal of the allegations against the applicants in both matters, this Court is inclined to grant interim protection.

Accordingly, the following interim order is passed : - A] Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the applicants in, (i) ABA No.628/2025 in connection with FIR No.54/2025 dated 08/02/2025, registered with Ahilyanagar Camp City Police Station, and (ii) ABA No.639/2025 in connection with FIR No.57/2025 dated 09/02/2025, registered with Ahilyanagar Camp Police Station, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing a PR bond of ₹20,000/- with one or two sureties of like amount.

918 ABA 628-2025 B] The applicants shall remain present before the Investigating Officer on 24/04/2025 and 25/04/2025 between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
C] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and shall produce all relevant documents in their possession as may be demanded by the Investigating Officer.
D] The applicants shall not influence the informant, witnesses, or any person concerned with the case, nor shall they tamper with the evidence.

Needless to state, breach of any of the above conditions may result in cancellation of this interim protection.
