With their assistance, I have perused the order dated 29 April, 2025, by which the Applicant is protected. The subject matter in the present proceedings relate to fake currency seized on 18 December 2024 amounting to Rs.56,200/- from the car in which the present Applicant was one of the passengers.

Mr Narwade, learned APP would request the Court for some accommodation.

Time is granted. Mr Narwade would take specific instructions in regard to the involvement and/or connection of such seizure of the fake currency with the present Applicant.
