1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.
2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0209/2025, dated 04.03.2025,
registered at Rahuri Police Station, Rahuri, District Ahilyanagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 324(2), 324(3), 324(4), 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3] This court by order dated 17.04.2025 granted interim protection to the applicants noticing submissions at paragraphs no.1 and 2, as under:
"1. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have resolved the matter. The informant through Counsel is present before the Court and has also tendered an affidavit to that effect.
2. Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute, interim protection is granted to the applicants."
4] The learned APP points out that apart from the complainant there is another injured person Santosh Pathare and that he has sustained 3 simple injuries. 5] In view of the above, the interim protection granted by order dated 17.04.2025 stands confirmed, on the following terms:
i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
ii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.
6] In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.
7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.
8] The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.
9] Criminal Application No.1378 of 2025 also stands disposed of.
