1] This Court, by order dated 25th June, 2025, directed the registry to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Court. The Assistant Registrar [Criminal-A Branch] has observed that in view of clause-1 of the Notice dated 18.02.2025, the matter would pertains to this Court and accordingly placed the matter before this Court. 2] The Assistant Registrar is not the competent person to deal with this issue. Ordinarily once the matter is referred to the registry by the Court on the issue of placement of matter before appropriate Bench, the same should be dealt with by the Registrar [Judicial] and not by administrative officer of the registry.
