1] Issue notice to the respondents. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of both the respondents.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondents.

3] The applicants have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0040/2025, registered with Biloli Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

4] The learned counsel for the applicants relies upon the order passed by this court dated 08.04.2025 in ABA/568/2025 alongwith connected matters and submits that they are identically placed to the present applicants. 5] The learned APP submits that the applicants may be directed to attend the concerned police station for further investigation.

6] In the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :- A] Till the next date, in the event the applicants are arrested in connection with Crime No.0040/2025, registered with Biloli Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

B] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 25.04.2025, between 10:30 a.m. to 01:30 p.m.

C] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in

his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.

D] The applicants shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence. 7] Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled. 8] List on 05.05.2025.
