Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

The learned APP would rely inter-alia upon the charge-sheet filed dated 28 February 2025 to show the co-relation of transactions, from which prima facie it appears that the Applicant is beneficiary of money from the account of the society.

Prima facie, there appears to be substance in the submissions made by the learned APP. It appears that the case of the Applicant is not as simple as put forth by the Applicant. Lot of water has flown below the bridge since the initial interim order dated 22 April 2025 is passed, more particularly, pursuant to the charge-sheet.

Considering the above, the Court would also examine the necessity of the Applicant's custodial interrogation in the given facts and circumstances.

Due to paucity of time, as the court has to hear a fixed matter, list the proceedings for further consideration/hearing on 29 July 2025 at 4.30 pm.

The protection granted earlier to continue until the adjourned date of hearing.
