1] Heard. Issue notice to the respondents. The learned APP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. 2] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0044/2025, registered with Police Station Parali [City], Dist. Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 392, 394, 324, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have settled their disputes and the injured had filed an affidavit before the Sessions Court. 4] Thus until the learned APP is heard in the matter, the applicant is granted interim protection in the following terms :-

687.25ABA A] Till the next date, in the event the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.0044/2025, registered with Police Station Parali [City], Dist. Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 392, 394, 324, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

B] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the investigating officer.

C] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.

D] The applicant shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence.

5] Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled. 6] List on 16.06.2025. Interim protection till the next date.
