Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

It is submitted that the alleged offences in the FIR inter alia involves provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The Victim is thus a proper and necessary party and is required to be served. Issue notice to Respondent No. 3, who shall be added as party Respondent.

In the meantime, in addition to the Court Notice, the learned Advocate for the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent No. 3 by private service by all permissible modes and place on record an Umesh
