1] The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to file charge sheet on record.

2] Permission is granted. The applicant shall place on record copy of charge sheet before next date and the copy of charge sheet shall be supplied to the learned APP. 3] The interim relief granted earlier to continue until further orders.

4] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the interim protection is granted by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 and the applicant is released on adinterim bail.

793.25ABA 5] The learned APP does not have latest instructions about co-operation of the applicant. Therefore, it would be appropriate to direct the applicant to attend the Investigating Officer on particular fixed dates and times and with further direction to co-operate the investigation. 6] Thus, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 22.01.2026, 23.01.2026, 29.01.2026 and 30.01.2026.

7] The Investigating Officer is directed to submit a updated case diary and investigation papers to the office of the Public Prosecutor for perusal of this Court on the next date of hearing.

8] Stand over to 10.02.2026.
