1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court, vide order dated 19.05.2025, has issued notice to the respondents. The victim was intimated through an Advocate Ms. Falguni Kulkarni appointed through High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad. Thereafter, Advocate Kulkarni has filed appearance on behalf of the respondent no.2. After hearing all the concerned parties, this Court has allowed the application by granting anticipatory to the applicant - Amol Kedar. However, inadvertently, while disposing of the said application, vide order dated 18.09.2025, inadvertently clause no.(iv) has been inserted in the operative part, which reads as under :
848.25ABA iv) Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 03.10.2025. The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the Respondent No.1 - State.
2] Thus, after perusal of the order dated 19.05.2025 and order dated 18.09.2025, it appears that inadvertent error has occurred in the operative order dated 18.09.2025. Clause no. (iv) is, therefore, deleted from the operative part of the order dated 18.09.2025. Instead, the application shall be treated as disposed of in terms of the operative part of the order dated 18.09.2025. 3] The present application for anticipatory bail is disposed of in view of the order dated 18.09.2025, granting anticipatory bail to the present applicant.
