The Applicant is protected by an order dated 3 June 2025. Such protection has been extended from time to time. 2.

Mr. Lavte, learned APP would not controvert such position. 3.

Pursuant to the order dated 3 June 2025, the Applicant has appeared before the concerned police station. Mr. Lavte would, however, submit that the Applicant has not co-operated. The vehicle used in the present proceedings is yet to be recovered.

Considering the above, list the proceedings for further consideration on 28 July 2025.

The interim protection shall continue until the adjourned date of hearing.
