Learned Counsel Mr. Nandagawale holding for Mr. Biradar for the Applicant submits that the amount alleged to have been misappropriated by the Applicant is a very paltry sum of Rs.93,774/-, which has also been refunded by the agent to the complainant. 2.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions and to produce the investigation papers. I am therefore inclined to grant interim relief to the Applicant by passing following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Mahadev Sadashiv Kamble, be released on bail on furnishing Personal Bond of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousands) with one solvent surety in the like amount, in furtherance of offence bearing Crime No.41/2025

2 922.ABA-1002-2025.doc registered with Jalkot Police Station, Taluka Jalkot, District Latur, on the following conditions :

(a) The Applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer at Jalkot Police Station, Taluka Jalkot, District Latur, as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

(b) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available on the next date of hearing, without fail. (c) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence. 3.
